Easy fix for Mac OS Sierra 10.12.1 Broadcom BCM4352 WiFi problem

If you are using Mac OS Sierra on your laptop(in my case Lenovo Y510P) and have been installed the latest update, you probably have a problem with your WIFI card.

So here is how to fix it.

Easy fix for Mac OS Sierra 10.12.1 Broadcom BCM4352 WiFi problem

  1. Mount your EFI drive so you can edit your config.plist file.
You can you EFI Mounter v3 (need to be register to download it) or to use the terminal with following commands:

    diskutil list

look for the right disk and EFI partition and then use this command:

    diskutil mount /dev/disk1s1

     mount-efi-partition-macos-terminal-commands

  2. Open (use the default TextEdit or PlistEditPro) your config.plist(in EFI/CLOVER/) and in the KernelAndKextPatches > KextsToPatch section add this three patches:

  3. Save the changes and restart the computer. After the restart you should have fully working WIFI again.
